How To Track Order

Step 1: Copy the "Tracking Order" or "Order Tracking ID" on an Order Confirmation email or a Shipping Confirmation email sent to your email.

Step 2: Paste it to our Logistic Partner Tracking Database

Step 3: The table will show the journey of your package. You can select Translate on your browser to translate.

• Please note: sometimes the data sync can be slow and it would take 2-3 days for data to sync.
